Let’s look at how bias, incomplete records, flawed assumptions, and overreliance on data models can lead organizations to overlook promising donors and opportunities. Fundraisers need to think critically about the information feeding their systems. Data should inform decisions, not replace human judgment, relationships and thoughtful strategy.
